GTX 1650 – AMD Radeon 6600 XT to release in August

In order to play the role of a 1080p gaming expert on the legacy of AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT, the Radeon RX 6600 XT directly targets the largest part of the PC gaming market for gamers equipped with full HD displays. In today’s highly competitive high-performance category of GPU competition, the Radeon RX 6600 XT has an initial list price of US$379 (according to the design of the relevant third-party card and the obvious upcoming dealer tax, the price should only rise on the street), competing with powerful AMD representatives.

At the press conference, the card was placed between GeForce RTX 3060 and GeForce RTX 3060 Ti. In fact, the price of these types of cards ranges from US$329 to US$399. On the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, which is only $20 more than the Radeon RX 6600 XT (at least if you calculate it based on the list price), the Nvidia buyer may have obtained the card which looks more powerful.  The RTX 3060 Ti, which has the same value as the RX 6600 XT has the same quantity and type of VRAM, but its memory bandwidth and bus size seem to easily surpass AMD, not just a few dollars of frame rate.

In the briefing, AMD showed what it called the “artistic rendering” of the RX 6600 XT reference board. But don’t plan on buying it. An AMD spokesperson stated that the company will not launch any real graphic cards under the AMD brand. This card will be 100% third party.

AMD chose its add-in board partner (AIB) to bear the brunt of the most often asked question, “Why are you out of stock?!?” Emails and social media posts flooded within minutes of launching the graphic card (if recent history is reasonable). Look forward to the motherboards from common AMD AIB suspects, including Asrock, Asus, Gigabyte, MSI, PowerColor, Sapphire, and XFX.

So, another question arises. When are you expect to activate the “Buy Now” button on the cart checkout? At what time should you set an alarm and prepare the bots: RX 6600 XT will go on sale on the morning of August 11, although the time for online retailers to open the digital door to buyers varies by location.
